FINAL SALE POLICY

 Due to the volatile and speculative nature of the sports and trading card market, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. AVZ Nexus LLC does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchased items, including single cards, sealed wax (boxes/packs), or accessories. 

TEM CONDITION

• We guarantee that every item is shipped in the exact condition described and/or photographed on our website.
• When purchasing graded cards, the condition of the exterior slab is not guaranteed and is not grounds for a return.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS (The Exception)

If your order is damaged or lost during transit, the issue must be resolved via a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), not a return to AVZ Nexus LLC.

• All packages are insured for damage or loss.
• If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to both the package and the contents.
• We will initiate the insurance claim on your behalf, and any refund will be issued once the carrier processes the claim.
