These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.avznexus.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from AVZ Nexus LLC (collectively, "AVZ Nexus," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of them will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Business Entity: AVZ Nexus is a Domestic Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in the State of Texas with File Number: 806102732.

2. Product Sales and Finality

Final Sale Policy: Due to the highly volatile market and subjective condition of collectible items, all sales of individual collectible cards (singles), whether raw (ungraded) or professionally graded, are considered final.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges: AVZ Nexus does not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Exceptions are made only for documented shipping errors (e.g., wrong card shipped) or confirmed damage during transit.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to an error.

3. Intellectual Property

AVZ Nexus Property: All content, including the AVZ Nexus name, the slogan "Collect the Game," logos, text, and original images, are the property of AVZ Nexus LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Third-Party Property: You acknowledge that all trademarks, logos, and licensed designs (e.g., player likenesses, league logos, Pokémon characters) associated with the cards sold are owned by their respective brand owners (e.g., The Pokémon Company, Fanatics, Panini, Topps).

4. Limitation of Liability

AVZ Nexus is a reseller of collectible products. We make no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, as to the future value, investment potential, or grading outcome of any card sold.
AVZ Nexus is not liable for any damages that arise from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this Site.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at AVZ Nexus—The Premier Source for Sports & TCG Singles. We are committed to providing you with quality collectibles and a transparent buying experience.

Final Sale Policy (No Returns)

Due to the highly volatile market, grading subjectivity, and condition sensitivity of collectible trading cards, all sales of individual collectible cards (singles), whether raw (ungraded) or professionally graded, are considered FINAL.

AVZ Nexus does not accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, subjective opinions on condition, or changes of mind.
We encourage all buyers to carefully review all provided photos, descriptions, and condition notes before placing an order.

Exceptions (When a Refund May Be Issued)

Refunds will only be considered under the following very limited circumstances:

Shipping Error: If you received a card that is confirmed to be different from the one you ordered (e.g., wrong player, incorrect grade/variant as listed).
Shipping Damage: If your item arrives visibly damaged in transit and the damage directly impacts the card's condition or the integrity of a graded slab.

Dispute Process and Contact Details

If your order meets one of the exceptions above, you must contact AVZ Nexus immediately:

Timeframe: You must notify us via email within 3 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Required Documentation: You must include your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs or video evidence of both the shipping packaging and the damaged/incorrect item.
Return Shipping: If a return is authorized due to an AVZ Nexus error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
